London, not just afternoon tea and a couple of pints before one o’clock… There are also fields, and streets of beautiful record shops with enough ‘musicology’ to last a life time. Most people associate being a DJ with the great sensation of performing in front of a crowd, but there’s a lot more to it than that. The thing that is most often overlooked is the great feeling of digging up dusty old vinyl’s and listening to seldom heard tracks in an obscure second-hand record shop. This is where the magic is made, and London is the place to be.
It’s a wonderful feeling to put on the headphones and start flipping through the newly found treasure, searching for that great sensation of finding new and exciting tracks to share later on with my audience. Sometimes it’s enough to look at those wonderful covers from the 60’s and 70’s, to have a smile and a permanent souvenir. The major record companies once tried to get rid of vinyl but it turned out to be more difficult than they imagined.
To Mr. Record shop owner: -Thank you for keeping vinyl alive. It makes my job that much more enjoyable. What you do is more than just business; it’s keeping an eye on our cultural heritage. London has got to be one of the best places on earth to find vinyl in all imaginable styles. I have nothing against CD’s or computers, but vinyl is my personal choice for all the reasons above.

Casuall is a music production and performance ensemble
created the summer of 2001 in the south of France.

Swedish/Pakistani singer/writer Ashar Khan,
Chilenian guitarist/DJ Cristian Saavedra and
Swedish/Hungarian pianist/engineer Henrik Zelizi.

Casuall mixes electronic and acoustic instruments, but one of the most important things is to keep a live sound and preserve the feelings that real musicians provide through their instruments.Casuall’s music is a blend of many different influences brought by all the members different backgrounds. It’s not only vocal music, but also experiments by the musicians.

The goal is to create music that will bring a positive feeling along with the message in the songs to the listener
